The Heat Stabilized Glass Fiber Reinforced Nylon PA66 Compounds are specially developed for automotive water pump housings and impellers, where long-term exposure to hot coolant, high mechanical stress, and elevated operating temperatures is a constant challenge.

Unlike standard nylon materials, this grade incorporates advanced heat stabilizers and glass fiber reinforcement, delivering exceptional thermal stability, dimensional accuracy, and hydrolysis resistance.   • Drying: Always pre-dry at 100–110°C for 4–6 hours before molding to prevent hydrolysis and surface defects.

  • Molding Guidelines: Injection temperature 270–300°C, mold temperature 80–100°C for optimal crystallinity.

  • Design Recommendations: Ensure proper wall thickness to balance strength and flowability in complex pump designs.

  • Chemical Exposure: Tested and compatible with ethylene glycol–based coolants, but avoid prolonged exposure to highly acidic or alkaline fluids.

  • Safety: Use proper molding exhaust systems as processing at high temperatures may release fumes.
