||
This grade of Heat Stabilized Nylon is an advanced engineering plastic designed with exceptional dimensional stability. Through the incorporation of thermal stabilizers and reinforcing additives, the material minimizes shrinkage and warpage, ensuring high-precision performance in complex assemblies. It is particularly valuable in industries where tight tolerances and long-term structural reliability are critical, such as precision gears, electronic housings, and automotive interior components. Its balance of toughness, heat resistance, and low warpage makes it superior to many other plastics used in high-performance engineering.

Notes: The general guidelines are only for reference. Exact settings have to follow the product and machine conditions.
Avoid contact with other materials, dust and debris in the injection processing.
Avoid long time stay in the barrel in the injection processing.
The material requires drying at 80°C for 4–5 hours before processing to avoid moisture-related defects. Injection molding should be conducted at 250–270°C. Parts designed for dimensional accuracy should include optimized gating and cooling system designs to minimize internal stress. In outdoor applications, UV-stabilized grades are recommended to resist color fading and surface degradation.
Excellent dimensional stability with minimal warpage
High thermal resistance for long-term performance
Precision molding capability for complex geometries
Good chemical and abrasion resistance
Available in multiple colors: black, natural, grey, or custom shades
Balanced toughness and rigidity for demanding applications
Heat stabilizers protect the polymer matrix, preventing distortion and loss of mechanical strength during high-heat or cyclic thermal exposure. This ensures that parts retain exact dimensions over time. Applications include precision gears, printer components, electrical switch casings, automotive interior fittings, and industrial equipment housings. Manufacturers benefit from reduced rework, consistent performance, and reliable assembly integration.
