| Highlight: | pa66+35gf heat resistant nylon,durable nylon pa66 pellets,durable heat resistant nylon |
||
Heat Resistant Nylon PA66 pellets are specifically engineered for high-temperature applications where conventional plastics cannot endure. With improved heat deflection temperature (HDT) and excellent creep resistance, these compounds perform reliably in continuous use environments above 180°C. They are reinforced with thermal stabilizers and optionally with glass fibers to improve stiffness and mechanical strength. This makes them ideal for components in automotive under-the-hood areas, electrical insulators, and high-performance industrial equipment.

Notes: The general guidelines are only for reference. Exact settings have to follow the product and machine conditions.
Avoid contact with other materials, dust and debris in the injection processing.
Avoid long time stay in the barrel in the injection processing.
Dry the material at 80–90°C for 4–6 hours prior to molding. Processing temperature should remain between 270–290°C to avoid degradation. Designers should ensure part thickness is optimized to reduce stress under thermal cycling. For applications involving electrical contact, flame-retardant grades may be necessary. Avoid prolonged contact with strong acids, bases, or high concentrations of brake fluid.
High heat resistance, suitable for continuous use above 180°C
Excellent stiffness and tensile strength, even under load
Optional glass fiber reinforcement for structural parts
Outstanding resistance to oils, lubricants, and coolants
Stable electrical insulation properties
Available in black, grey, and natural color grades
The material contains heat stabilizers that prevent oxidation and thermal chain scission, ensuring long-term strength and reliability. With its high mechanical integrity, it is used for engine covers, high-temperature brackets, electrical housings, insulators, fuse boxes, and industrial heating system components. By replacing metals, it reduces weight and enhances energy efficiency while maintaining durability in extreme environments.
