High Impact Resistant Nylon PA6 granules are specially formulated thermoplastic resins designed for the automotive industry where strength, toughness, and safety are critical. Compared to standard nylon, this modified PA6 offers significantly higher impact resistance and toughness even at low temperatures, making it ideal for vehicle parts exposed to external force or vibration. The material is lightweight yet strong, providing an effective replacement for metals in many applications. Automotive manufacturers increasingly rely on impact resistant PA6 for parts such as bumper reinforcements, fender liners, door panels, and under-the-hood components that must withstand repeated stress and shocks.

Notes: The general guidelines are only for reference. Exact settings have to follow the product and machine conditions.
Avoid contact with other materials, dust and debris in the injection processing.
Avoid long time stay in the barrel in the injection processing.
Before molding, granules should be dried at 80–90°C for at least 4 hours to avoid moisture absorption that may cause bubbles or surface defects. Processing temperatures must be carefully controlled between 230–260°C to prevent degradation. Although the material has excellent impact strength, it should not be used in applications requiring long-term exposure to strong acids, bases, or high-voltage sparks. Components must be tested for compatibility with lubricants and automotive fluids to ensure durability.
High impact resistance and toughness, even in cold conditions
Superior dimensional stability under vibration and stress
Lightweight with high mechanical strength, ideal for metal replacement
Resistant to wear, abrasion, and road debris impact
Customizable in black, grey, or OEM-specific colors
Maintains reliable performance under continuous automotive stress
Impact modifiers integrated into the PA6 matrix improve energy absorption, preventing cracking or brittle failure upon sudden impact. This mechanism makes the material highly suitable for bumpers, fenders, door panels, dashboard structures, engine covers, and air intake housings. Its combination of toughness and lightweight design supports both vehicle safety and fuel efficiency, especially in modern electric vehicles.
