Toughened Impact Resistant Nylon PA6 granules are specifically engineered for producing durable office chair bases that can withstand continuous stress, impact, and heavy loads. Standard nylon materials provide strength, but when modified with impact-resistant additives, PA6 achieves superior toughness and crack resistance even under repetitive use. Precautions

The material should be thoroughly dried at 80–90°C for 4–5 hours before processing to prevent moisture-related defects such as bubbles or brittleness. Injection molding should be performed at 230–260°C to achieve optimal mechanical properties. Finished products must be tested to meet international office furniture safety standards (such as BIFMA). Avoid prolonged exposure of the chair bases to direct sunlight or outdoor environments, as this may accelerate material aging unless UV stabilizers are added.
