Product Description

The Glass Fiber Reinforced Nylon PA66 Compounds are specifically engineered for automotive engine cooling fans, delivering an optimal balance of strength, stiffness, and heat resistance. With 30–50% glass fiber reinforcement, this grade offers superior mechanical strength and dimensional stability, enabling the fan blades to withstand high rotational speeds and continuous thermal stress inside the engine compartment.

  • Storage: Keep sealed in moisture-proof packaging; process promptly after drying.

  • Color availability: Standard in black, but can be customized in gray or natural for specific OEM requirements.
