||
UL Certified Flame Retardant PA66 Nylon pellets are engineered to meet the rigorous requirements of the electrical and electronics industry. With a high level of flame retardancy, these compounds help manufacturers achieve compliance with global safety standards while maintaining superior strength, stiffness, and thermal stability. PA66 inherently has higher heat resistance and wear performance compared to PA6, making it ideal for applications such as circuit breakers, connectors, switches, and electrical housings. Its certification ensures reliability and safety in critical electronic environments.

Notes: The general guidelines are only for reference. Exact settings have to follow the product and machine conditions.
Avoid contact with other materials, dust and debris in the injection processing.
Avoid long time stay in the barrel in the injection processing.
To maintain optimal quality, pellets should be pre-dried at 90–100°C for 4–6 hours before molding. During processing, injection molding equipment should maintain proper melt temperature control to prevent degradation. Finished components should be tested under real application conditions to verify flame resistance. It is recommended to avoid using the product in direct contact with open flame or high-voltage arcs unless specifically designed for such applications.
UL 94 V-0 certified for flame retardancy and electrical safety
High tensile strength and modulus for mechanical reliability
Excellent thermal aging resistance, suitable for long-term use
Electrical insulation properties prevent short circuits and failures
Good dimensional stability, ensuring precise component fit
Wide color availability for different industrial requirements
The flame-retardant mechanism of PA66 works by interrupting the combustion process, releasing non-combustible gases, and forming a char layer that prevents flame spread. This makes the material particularly valuable in electrical and electronic devices where fire safety is critical. Common applications include switch housings, terminal blocks, relay casings, circuit breaker parts, and consumer electronics that require both flame resistance and mechanical performance.
