Avoid contact with other materials, dust and debris in the injection processing.
Avoid long time stay in the barrel in the injection processing.
The material should be dried at 80–90°C for 4–6 hours before processing. Avoid prolonged contact with aggressive chemicals such as concentrated acids or solvents. For outdoor furniture, UV-stabilized color grades should be used to minimize fading. Proper mold design is recommended to reduce shrinkage or warpage for larger products.
