Product Description

Long Life UV Stabilized Nylon granules are designed for outdoor appliances that face continuous sunlight exposure and environmental stress. Enhanced with high-performance UV stabilizers and weather-resistant additives, this material ensures outstanding longevity and mechanical integrity. Compared to traditional plastics, these granules provide higher resistance to color fading, embrittlement, and cracking. They are widely used in electrical housings, power tool casings, garden equipment, and outdoor lighting components.

Precautions

Material should be dried at 75–85°C for 3–5 hours before molding. Processing temperatures must be controlled between 250–270°C. Avoid use in continuous contact with concentrated acids or bases. For outdoor appliances exposed to extreme weather, reinforced grades (glass fiber filled) are recommended to ensure added stiffness. Colored components should use UV-stable pigments for consistent long-term aesthetics.
