Self-Lubricating Nylon PA6 granules are developed to enhance the performance of gears, sliding components, and friction-intensive machine parts. Granules should be dried at 70–80°C for at least 3 hours before injection molding. For high-load gears, reinforced grades (e.g., glass fiber filled) are recommended to improve stiffness and reduce deformation. Avoid prolonged exposure to strong acids and solvents. Regular inspection of molded parts is advised to ensure long-term safety in mechanical systems.
